Residents are hosted in private bedrooms within our farmhouse. Bathrooms are shared with other residents and come equipped with fresh towels, bed linen, and basic toiletries. Artists are welcome to use our common spaces. Room check-in is available between 4 PM and 9 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.

Included in the price, we provide access to a shared kitchen stocked with basic food essentials such as coffee and tea, rice, pasta, legumes, milk, and basic condiments, allowing artists to prepare their own meals. Fresh items such as bread, vegetables, fruit, eggs, and other personal preferences, artists are welcome to source supplies locally.

The residency is offered at €450 per week (taxes not included), which includes accommodation in a private room, a shared bathroom with other residents, and access to a shared kitchen stocked with basic food essentials.

You can easily find us on Google Maps by searching “Can Silvestre, Riudarenes.” The last kilometer is a gravel road, accessible by any type of car. Keep an eye out for a wooden sign that says “Can Silvestre” hanging from a tree—that’s when you’ll know you’ve arrived.

For international arrivals, fly into Barcelona Airport and either take the Sagalés bus to Girona Airport or the R2 train to Sants Station, then the R11 train to Sils. Our local taxi driver Toñi is available for transfers. Please message him via WhatsApp at +34673818307 in advance to arrange pick-up (€15 from Sils station, €35 from Girona airport, or €40 from Girona station).

We have bikes available for residents to use, which are very convenient for getting to and from AAR.T. Studio just 5 minutes away. They’re also perfect if you want to pop into the village or enjoy a leisurely ride through the countryside, offering a lovely way to explore the area.
